Patricia López, 3rd place in the 8th edition of the “Present your thesis in 4 minutes” competition at the UPC

Patricia López, a PhD student at the BBT under the supervision of Dr. Carles Mas-Moruno, achieved 3rd place in the 8th edition of the “Presenta la teva tesi en 4 minuts” competition, organized by the Catalan Foundation for Research and Innovation, in the qualifying phase of the UPC, held on May 8th at the Auditorium Vèrtex of the university.

Patricia, a recognized scientific communicator in our country, with more than 8,000 followers on X as @anglescience, and almost 3,000 on Ig, presented the research associated with her thesis on “Multifunctional hydrogels for advanced regenerative therapies” in just 4 minutes, two slides and a plain and approachable language, which earned her 3rd prize in the 8th edition of the competition at the UPC.
