The BBT Group Project Manager, Noelia Aparicio, participated in the 6th Erasmus Staff Training Week "Soft Skills in the International Setting", organized by the Unviersity of Economics in Katowice (Poland).
Noelia Aparicio, Project Manager of the BBT, participated in the 6th Erasmus Staff Training Week "Soft Skills in the International Setting", imparted by the Unviersity of Economics in Katowice (Poland) from May 7 to 11.
During the course, attendees acquired new knowledge in Complementary Competences, also necessary for quality research, as well as presented their institutions, exchanged experiences and good practices, and carried out activities and jointly meetings.
The Erasmus Staff Training Week "Soft Skills in the International Setting" has been organised by the University of Economics in Katowice annually since 2013. The programme of the previous editions included a mixture of training sessions, presentations from the University staff and best practice presentations from participants. In the present edition, the training sessions were organized around two main topics:
- Be innovative, think outside the box, release your creativity
- Work-life balance
