Maria Pau Ginebra recieves the National Award for her Scientific Career in Ceramic and Vitreous Materials

Yesterday, Prof. Maria Pau Ginebra gave the opening plenary talk at the XVII Congreso Nacional de Materiales de Materiales - CNMAT 2024 of the Sociedad Española de Materiales (SOCIEMAT), on "Advances in the design of bioceramics for bone regeneration: exploring new frontiers", held in Malaga (Spain) from June 25th to the 28th, 2024.

After the talk, she was awarded with the Premio Nacional a la Trayectoria Científica en Materiales Cerámicos y Vítreos, a prestigious prize awarded by SOCIEMAT and the Spanish Chapter of the American Ceramic Society (ACerS). The President of SOCIEMAT, Prof. Juan José de Damborenea González (CENIM-CSIC), and that of ACerS' Spanish Chapter, Prof. Arnaldo Moreno Berto (AICE) presented her with the award.
